About The Aberdares
The Aberdares (Nyandarua) are a 160 km mountain range running north-south, draped in bamboo and afro-alpine moorland. Karuru Falls drops 273 m in three tiers, Chania and Magura cascade alongside it, and the Twin Hills loop is one of the most underrated multi-day hikes in Kenya. You'll often have entire moorland miles to yourself.
